The wait is almost over! Ella's Eats our newest concept is in the finishing stages. Soon we will be able to share our delicious Southern Fusion cuisine with the people of Clayton and beyond. A few of our featured items include the Cheesy Chicken Meltdown (A fried chicken sandwich with grilled mac and cheese, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles), Carnival Cheesecake Bites (Fried Cheesecake topped with mixed berries, salted caramel sauce, and powdered sugar), and Bacon Jalapeno Wontons served with peach jam. A few of our crowd favorites from Chefella's at the Dupree are returning as well. Stay tuned for more information and the official launch of Ella's Eats Food Truck.
